Paola Ciocchetti was born in Rapallo (Genoa) and has studied in an Art Insitute leading a qualification of "Art's Teacher". For many years she worked in important advetising agencies in Genoa as specialist in graphics and communication. In the past few years she also managed all the activities of the advertising campaigns. In the meantime she continued to develop her artistic interest: painting.
In the year 2000 she decided to leave her previous job and opened a little personal art gallery in the old historic centre of Genoa. A few years later, she transferred her activity to Portofino where she opened a little art studio.
Her artworks have been presented in many personal and collective exibitions in Genoa, Rapallo, Santa Margherita and Portofino, receiving very positive appreciations from the sector media and art critics.
In the last two years she has created a new line of paintings on scarves, "to dress the female elegance with the art". These are all unique pieces born to exalt the feminine taste both in everyday life and in important occasions.
She paints the scarves in a studio of her country house and now has one selling point: a corner shop in Portofino.
